Classic Italian Pizza. Ingredients: 2 (8-inch) pizza base, 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, 1 cup thinly sliced green capsicum and mushrooms, 1 tsp. olive oil, 1 tsp. pizza seasoning, 1/4 cup sliced black olives, 1 tsp crispy onion flakes, salt to taste.
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 450F. Mix mozzarella and parmesan cheese in a small bowl. Toss vegetables, 1/2 cup of the cheese mixture, oil salt and pizza seasoning in medium bowl. Spread mixture evenly over crust. Top with olives and remaining cheese mixture. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Cut into pieces to serve.
